Once we have established what is important to you, we can detail the suitability of your chosen search area eg: activities available, local schools, commuting times to work and local amenities etc......
Property Match
Once we have established that your chosen search area meets your requirements we will search for properties available in this area. Most people have a "wish list" they would like for their new property and this will be our starting point for your search. We will contact the estate agents on your behalf and find out as much information about each house. We will use our expertise to find you a new home in Northern Ireland.
Property Viewings
Once we have reviewed a shortlist of properties you can decide which ones you would like us to view on your behalf or we can accompany you to the viewing. Subject to the sellers permission photographs and video's will be supplied after the viewing. This should help you decide if you would like to take the next step with any of the properties on your shortlist.
Manage the process
Making an offer on a property with your instruction will just be the beginning of the paperwork! If you don't have a local solicitor we can make contact with one for you. Buying a house can be time consuming so we will do all the following up to ensure that everything is moving along. You will be updated at every stage.
